Dan Andrews Is Planning 20-Minute Cities For Victorians
It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
C.S. Lewis
Our oh so benevolent Victorian Government under Dear Leader Dan Andrews has since 2017 been plotting to lock us down permanently by the year 2050. Under the guise of better health and improving socio-economical and environmental conditions, 20-minute cities will see our footprints literally limited to walking distance from our homes. With a plan to build densely populated communities, complete with basic needs and services, no one will ever need to leave their neighborhood. Ever. Coincidentally, pilot programs were activated in 2018 just prior to the infamous COVID19 pandemic. Planning Victoria is now promoting 20-minute cities as a recovery plan for small businesses and communities affected by Covid lockdowns. Their aim is to,
“…make the 20-minute neighborhood concept a reality for every person”
Plan Melbourne
You’re probably thinking this sounds like another cooker conspiracy theory designed to rally the masses against the government. But let’s think about it logically. The plan was borne in 2017 before Covid-19 was even “conceived”. Pilot programs were activated and concluded in 2018. This was followed by a compulsory statewide pilot program rolled out in 2020 and 2021 which saw everyone limited to 5km radius from their homes. Not quite 20 minutes, but enough to raise an eyebrow. Or two.
“The temporary activations enabled immediate Covid-19 recovery responses through low-cost and easy to implement activations that support local traders and the community. They were the first step in developing the pilot sites as 20-minute-neighborhoods and provided an opportunity to trial possible permanent interventions.”
Plan Melbourne

Whilst you may be wondering, ok what’s the big deal? If people want to be confined to their local areas, why make an issue? It seems better for our health and well-being and encourages people to walk more, drive less. It supports local small businesses, it is better for the environment and builds community. What could possibly go wrong? As well-intentioned as it sounds, I can’t help but feel slightly suspicious. I mean, when will they start requiring permits for us to exit our 20-minute zones? Will they start tracking the distance and number of times we drive outside that zone?
Whether this is another plot for government to control our every move once again, I enjoy the freedom to come and go whenever, however, and wherever I please. Personally, most of my activities lie outside my 20-minute zone, so none of the above will be of any use to me. 2050 seems a long way away, but in the meantime, brace yourselves for increased lockdowns, the training of more Stasi officers, controlling AI systems in place everywhere, the enforced use of electric vehicles, and checkpoints implemented in suburban areas, similar to tollways. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Battleground Melbourne Review
On the Opening Night of the 2022 Melbourne Underground Film Festival, I viewed for the first time Topher Field’s first full feature documentary Battleground Melbourne. I had deferred watching until now as having lived through Melbourne’s brutal police state 6 lockdowns which lasted 262 total in 2020-21. I wasn’t sure I was ready to relive the trauma that the Dan Andrews Government had inflicted on me and others.
After viewing it, my immediate reaction was how insane the Melbourne lockdowns were and what extreme and violent lengths Victoria Police went to in enforcing Dan Andrews lockdowns. This crushing of freedom and human rights was done in an attempt to achieve the foolish goal of Covid zero. A goal now even the Chinese Communist Party has given up on.
Battleground Melbourne tells the story of those who defied Dan Andrews’ lockdowns and took the streets to protest. As the film progresses we see the Victoria Police response to street protests escalates which culminated in the use of rubber bullets against protestors.
The film’s events conclude at the end of 2021 when the lockdowns transitioned into lockouts of those who didn’t want to take the covid vaccines and the passing of the Victorian Pandemic Management Bill. The film concludes with a call to action by Director Topher Field to take back the city of Melbourne which Dan Andrews turned from the world’s most livable city to the world’s most lockdown city.
After viewing Battleground Melbourne I spoke with the man himself Director Topher Field about the effort that went into making the film and how it has been received around the world. This was a week after Dan Andrews easily won the 2022 Victorian state election with his Labor Government re-elected for a third consecutive term. I ask Topher what we can expect from a re-elected Dan Andrews with the powers he has at his disposal.
At the conclusion of the 2022 Melbourne Underground Film Festival, Battleground Melbourne won Best Film. You can view the film for yourself for free at battlegroundmelbourne.com or even on YouTube.

All the major parties in Australian still maintain there is no normal until a vaccine is rolled out.
Kevin Rudd’s Peace Institute was exposed by NewsCorp papers in having received $650,000 in donations from known pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Rudd has said he has no recollection of ever meeting Epstein.

The Australia Federal Police also spoke about how they are monitoring right-wing extremism.
It’s election season worldwide, Tim and Dave discuss the XYZ view that re-elected New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is a man and looks like a horse. In the Queensland state election, LNP Opposition leader Deb Frecklington will impose a curfew on children in North Queensland if elected, taking a leaf from Dan’s book.
According to Luke Cornelius protesting is now a human right provided it complies with the Chief Health Officer’s directions, Brett Sutton has been missing in action after it was exposed he attempted to hide emails. During Grand Final weekend police will be deploying drones to look for any illegal gatherings. In the rebooted hotel quarantine program Dan wants a tracking device to both locate people and check their vital signs.
Further restrictions are expected to be relaxed again on Sunday, the only outbreak remaining is at an Islamic school in Melbourne’s north. A new stuff up has emerged from the deadly hotel quarantine program as those who were tested for blood glucose could have been exposed to HIV and hepatitis.

Ep. 89 Screwing the Public
State Premiers screwing the public has been in the spotlight this week. The pressure is increasing on Dictator Dan Andrews to significantly relax Victoria’s lockdown on another Sunday decision day. Harry Hutchinson of Harry’s clothing in Berwick has been the first business owner to defy the lockdown and risk a fine. Peta Credlin has started attending Dan’s daily press conferences to grill him over the hotel quarantine security contracts. The lawsuits against Dan over the lockdown are continuing to pile up with the latest fast-tracked to be heard by the High Court.
Outside of Victoria NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian revealed a political bombshell at ICAC at the start of the week that she was involved in an intimate relationship with corrupt former Liberal MP Daryl Maguire. She appears to have got away with it using the line of falling for the wrong guy. Scott Morrison has repeated that international travel won’t resume until next year. The WA Chief Medical Officer confessed this week the state’s hard border is not based on health advice.
Jarrad promotes a political action he is part of to serve Dan Andrews a notice of liability in person under common law. Tim challenges Jarrad on the legality and effectiveness of such an action. There is a back and forth between Tim and Jarrad about the most effective political action to put pressure on Dan Andrews to end the lockdown. Public opinion continues to turn against the continuing Melbourne lockdown.
The New York Post published emails and photos from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop showing that he was hired by a Ukrainian oil company to get access to his father Joe Biden, there was also a photo of Hunter smoking a crackpipe. Facebook and Twitter tried to censor the story because they claimed it violated their hacking policy. Amy Coney Barrett in her Supreme Court Senate confirmation hearings has basically cucked and said she will uphold judicial activist decisions.

He was fined 20k and sentenced to an 18 month community drawing a giant penis with spray paint on the Princes Park memorial to rape and murder victim Eurydice Dixon in 2018. Andy engaged in this vandalizism as a statement against feminists hijacking her death for their anti-male agenda. Andy has made peace with Eurydice’s family, he apologized to them and her father accepted Andy’s apology and forgave him.
The panel also discusses the news of the week including Trump’s recovery from coronavirus with the left and media triggered after returning to White House has told Americans not to fear the virus. Meanwhile, Dictator Dan tells Victorians every day they must fear the virus, even with only 10 daily cases on average Dan is hinting only a mini-step out of lockdown will take place on the next review date of October 19.
States in the US still have their own coronavirus dictators, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has ignored her own Supreme Court rulings striking down her emergency coronavirus powers. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is facing a revolt against his re-imposed lockdown in Brooklyn Jewish neighborhood.
The Morrison Government delivered the Federal Budget this week, it was accused of being sexist because it didn’t mention women enough. The immigration Ponzi scheme is on the verge of collapse with an international student exodus. This is maybe way 7News this week promoted a Melbourne migration boom beyond 2020.
Other developments of note the panel discusses are Lidia Thorpe’s virtue signalling swearing in to the Senate representing the Victorian Greens. Communists in Chile are trying to overthrow the nation’s Pinochet constitution. Also brutal farm murders against whites are still occuring in South Africa

Ep. 86 Misfortune Telling
A common feature of Uncuckables episodes is panellists being misfortune tellers, predicting through either satire or exaggeration what further totalitarian measures our governments and their enablers will impose. The XYZ website was down for most of the day for unknown reasons, it could have been suspicious. XYZ satire has predicted most of Dan Andrews escalation of his police state. Dan’s Omnibus bill allows any Victorian to be detained indefinitely under the guise of public health and last week Dan announced that Victoria’s prison system would expand. The Unshackled published Blair Cottrell’s ‘satire’ that world powers are viewing Victoria as a test case for their global history reset scheme.
Even though Victoria has been under varying degrees of lockdown for the past six months violent young gang crime has gone up, also criminals are harder to identify now due to the state’s face covering mandate. Dan Andrews is due to testify before the hotel quarantine inquiry, so far no ministers or senior bureaucrats can remember who hired to private security guards and rejected defence force assistance. The current curfew and 5km travel limit hindered the community search for a missing autistic boy in the Yarra Rangers boy who was found dead.
In the United States the death of liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has added another dimension to the Presidential election, the first debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump takes place next week. Trump and the Senate Republicans have vowed to confirm a Justice before the election, Conservative Catholic Appeals Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett is the favored nominee. Progressives have vowed to burn the country down if she is confirmed, even more than they have been to date.

Jarrad has founded the Australian Men’s Action Group (AMAG Project) to promote fitness and educating men about their rights as Australians.
With Melbourians still under curfew and not allowed out further than 5km from their homes Victoria Police have threatened them with a new $5k fine if they try to escape to regional Victoria. Though apparently Victoria’s police state can’t function when it rains as was demonstrated at a checkpoint on the way to Geelong on Thursday morning.
XYZ Satire is the most accurate predictor of the future with camps for Victorian Government dissents and conspiracy theorists looking possible with the Andrews Government seeking new detention powers for those considered ‘high risk’ of spreading the coronavirus. The Premier’s office this week announced that Victoria’s prison capacity would be expanded.
The Spectator Australia has also started with its own XYZ inspired close to the truth satire, James Macpherson published a mash-up and Dan’s dismissal of human rights concerns and that everything would be better if people didn’t object to his government’s policies.
The lawsuits against the curfew and other lockdown measures are now starting to pile up. One is from a restaurant owner on the Mornington Peninsula Liberal Party member Michelle Loielo. Avi Yemini is suing Victoria Police for his wrongful detainment at the September 5 anti-lockdown protest. A whistleblower in the Victoria Treasury Sanjeev Sabhlok has quit exposing the police state that he believes has Victoria become.
The US West Coast is becoming the modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah. Wildfires are ravaging the states of California, Seattle and Washington with more evidence pointing to fires being deliberately lit by Antifa and Black Lives Matter. The wildfires in California correlates with the state enacting laws to lessen the penalty for gay men committing sodomy on minors.

It turns out Melbourne’s curfew was not a recommendation of the Chief Health Officer nor Police Commissioner. Following their conduct last week Victoria Police have again been harassing grannies and pregnant women for sitting on a park bench during their exercise. We have not heard from from ‘Chief Wiggum’ Luke Cornelius since last week, maybe all the fat-shaming was too much for him.
Dan Andrews has claimed we must open up slowly but Melbourne nurses still had time to perform a rehearsed version ‘I’ll Stand By You’ playing musical instruments. Even worse in Melbourne the city council refused to deliver One Nation stubby holders to the lockedown public housing towers because residents might be offended by them.
While rumours are circulating about a crisis in the Victorian Government it is the NSW Government which could be falling apart. The National Party is threatening to sit on the crossbench if a koala habitat protection bill is not withdrawn.
Annastacia Palaszczuk’s hard border closure has meant a young woman has missed both seeing her father before he died and his funeral. She is also hindering four young children seeing their dad before he dies later this year. She claims she is being billed to grant more border exemptions saying it is out of her hands up to medical advice. But her Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young has said she has granted exemptions to the AFL and Tom Hanks for economic not medical reasons.
The UK appears to be softening its citizens up for a second lockdown due to a spike in cases with limiting gatherings. The Oxford University coronavirus vaccine trial has been halted after a participant had an adverse reaction. Though Australian Health Minister Greg Hunt said the vaccine will be rolled out on schedule in January next year.
